Biking the Rails - so cool!
While on a vacation last month, we tried 'biking' a railroad right-of-way, with bikes that runs on the rails. It was really fun, and a great way to experience the right-of-way and terrain. Move details & photos on my blog:

Seaboard Central September 2018 Update
Here’s the link to my September layout update. I did manage to weather a few cars and work on my engine service facility. I probably would have done more but I spent a couple of weeks down in my wife’s home country of Brazil. While there I had a chance to visit Iguaçu Falls, which is one impressive place if you ever get a chance to go.

Hello!
I've put the finishing touches on the feed mill kit and have created a little diorama for it. The model is all lit up and ready to be put in on my layout! Check out my video where I show how I did it. I'd love to hear your feed back on the video and the build! Thanks again for tuning in!

Save a whole thread as pdf
Here is a way to save all the pages of a thread in pdf file. I chose the most transparent way to do it, a batch file and trustworthy apps.
It could be done more versatile to select pages and with the ability to be used in other forums too, but i don't know if anyone will use it.
Anyway this is for now.
i added the pdf from the thread
BCRail Dawson Creek Subdivision - A New Adventure
For the past few years, I had been working on a layout modelling Dakota, Minnesota, and Eastern's PRC subdivision between Pierre and Rapid City, SD. While I was mostly happy with the way the scenery looked on the layout (which was around 70% completion), I experienced regular electrical, structural, and trackwork issues that operating the layout was more tedious than fun. Additionally, the layout was built to permanently remain in the room it was built in, but I will likely be moving within the next year. So it was time for something new.

Modelling a harbour warehouse scratch in wood
Hi! I´ve been modelling a wooden harbour warehouse this week. This scratch build method is not so demanding but will stillgive you a nice and aged look. The material is low cost balsa sheet and PVA-B glue + paint.
