Well here we go Upper Deck of Layout plan
Well here we go...This is the Upper Deck of what I hope will be my future layout. And I'm probably designing it all wrong but the upper deck is easier than main. Now this is based off of another layout thats been posted here recently - Pldvdk's N&W Pokey District. Yes I have his blessing to use it to the point he sent me his Xtrkcad Files and I have already shared my few ideas and hes helped it along. But time to get some more help. Do I have the Main deck and the staging deck done yet..No...Why?....

As some of you who follow the On30 Line and Model Railroad Hobbyist discussion forums already know, I have decided to move on to another modeling challenge - after the end of 2014, the Estrella & Sonora Grande RR will be dismantled. 3rd PlanIt Demo
Help! I just installed the 64 bit demo version of 3rd PlanIt (ver 10) and there are no libraries on my computer. Is this a limitation of the demo version, or did the install fail? Any help is appreciated. Thanx.
Tall Tales - a new tradition
I tried to post this earlier and it disappeared.
I have been really entertained by our Tall Tale Tellers. While thinking about the two we just had I had an idea. We have number of great Tall Tales Tellers on the forum. I think we should start a tradition for Tall Tales. Perhaps JoeF can help us in this?
Holiday Challenge
Maybe I can start a Holiday Tradition here by issuing a challenge. Maybe JoeF can help us keep score with some sort of way to vote.
Several of the members are very good in storytelling. They give us entertainment in our hobby with their fictitious tall tales. We had the opportunity to enjoy several recently. I think it would be great to encourage this style of storytelling, tall tales. Kind of have a place for tall tales for each holiday as we do for the weekly photo section.

different roads pulling same train
Why do I see trains with engines from more than one road. A couple of weeks ago I saw a train with a single KCS unit on point with 2 UP engines and 2 CSX engines behind. Is this some kind of alternative to getting a routing across a foreign road.
It's been a while, anyone hear anything about the return of RMC?
Just wondering if the resumption is still going to happen and where things stand if it is.
Pictures being darkened by upload to MRH site - problem?
I have noticed that when I upload pictures now (using Windows 7 / Firefox) that they are darkened significantly by the process and look horrible in the postings as a result. I just noticed that another poster to this site is having the same problem. I tried using different browsers (Chrome & IE) and I have the same problematic results.
What's going on?
