Model work after 5 years/ Colorado Model Railroad Museum at the Greeley Freight Station

September 2009

A very nice museum layout that also has great news letters and video's as well. It may have been mentioned on here before but I discovered it after watching a YouTube video and this place was promoted in a video that came up in the you may also like section or what ever they call it.

Return to the C & O

A rebirth of Lou Schultz's C & O Railroad.  Lou passed away earlier this year but the operators got together and have started operating the layout again.  Sorry Lou we put the steam era behind us. There is issue with android and embeded links. This link just drop x in front of www. Xwww.youtube.com/watch?v=cnirMr42oAY

Freelance Layout Progress

Have been having a lot of fun building this layout, is completely freelance which allows plenty of room for creativity and allowing me to just build for the art of it.

More Z Scale stuff

Wanting to get my skills into something small, I built a modified version of the famous NOCH 85880 Cortina layout in Z-Scale.

Since I primarily model in HO and did not want to invest getting into Z-Scale, I  acquired a lot of Marklin stuff in a barter deal from my friend, who was getting out of Marklin, for whom I design a lot of model railroad electronics and automation.

Short video of #841 F7 on the Richlawn RR

It's not much, but it's something....... 45 seconds of my F7 #841 running by where I've been working on scenery.  Yes, there is MUCH more to do in this area.  I shot this with my iPhone 4s and it's not edited.
