Helium Operations
I have had some interest expressed in my Helium operations. So I thought I would share a snap of my Helium reduction refinery and much modified old AHM Helium car. For those who are in the Santa Fe Railway Historical group may have seen my article on modeling the AHM cars in the 4th Q 2014 issue of the WARBONNET.
The refinery is pure imagination but is based on the "feeling" of the Excel Helium plant at Keyes, Oklahoma.

The Essential City Yard: OP Session on a "concept" switching Layout
Hi all, friends! Last Sunday my friend Marco Trespidi, a Santa Fe fan, calls me to join a short session on his little switching layout in Milan (Italy). When we met another friend joint us, Franco “Pik” Piccardo, an HO modeler from Turin.
I must say the layout itself is worth a few words as it implements a really “minimal” approach I think can be interesting for peoples who like to check his “OP” inclination without first spend much time on a layout.
Realistic as it gets
To all Here is another superb layout I came across watch and enjoy

Railfanning & Ride on the Wimberley, Blanco, & Southern
Every once in a while I visit a friend of mine who has a large scale outdoor layout. In case you have not had the pleasure of visiting this railroad, I have posted a video of my last ride for you to enjoy.
Jim Dufour layout - great episode!
I just watched the current episode featuring Jim Dufour's layout - and I wanted to say "Well done!" to both Jim and Barry for bringing such a great layout to the show. I really enjoyed the segment. I loved hearing about the prep for the open house and it was great to see the connection between railfan George Corey's vintage photos and how Jim has reproduced the scenes on the layout.
Great stuff: Please, bring us more layouts like this one!
A must see layout
I came across this today an incredible layout by Larry Smith www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYKChb5mJ6A
