Clump Foliage
I recently purchased Joe's DVD series. In part 2 of the scenery DVD he mentions purchasing larger more economical sizes of foam products. I currently use Woodland Scenics 3 quart size of light green and medium clump foliage. What is the equivalent product number for Scenic Express or other brands?
Thanks for your help.

What type of latex caulk should be used to fasten down the track?
I used liquid nails for projects the last time, but I really did not like it very much. I liked the work time, and the being a able to adjust as I went. But some of the track came up, so iw ant to try something else. I ahve Mr. Fugates video, but I dont feel like searching throught it.

Intermountain Wheels
It's time to purchase more 33" wheels, I'm completely out. I've used both Trueline and Proto so far, but a bulk purchase is needed. Has anyone used the Intermountain wheels and if so are you satisfied?
Thanks to all who reply.

MTH Cab Forward AC6
Hi Jack from Star, Idaho. Sorry I haven't got the pictures of my trestle yet but I need to figure how to reduce the picture size down on my digital camera. The question I have is I purchased an MTH Cab Forward Locomotive and I was wondering if I needed to purchase the DCS Commander Controller that is supposed to connect between my NCE DCC system and the track? My NCE system has the new upgrade to the added function keys can I just use that? What is the advice that would best suit my needs...

Hat River Railroad
I've got a layout in my mind that I will be translating into reality as soon as I can.

Tam Valley servos
I just started installing Tam Valley servos on my n-scale layout and had problems programming their addresses. I sent an email to Tam Valley and had a quick reply that boiled down to "read the instructions."

JL&T Railroad Blog - Chain Link Fences...
Hi All,
A little while ago I posted a question relating to the various chain link fence kits available in HO, and which one people found to be the most realistic and easiest to install. My experience so far has been only the Walther's kit, but I have ordered the BLMA kit and am awaiting it's arrival.
DC wiring question
Sorry if this seems obvious to those already in the know, but I'm new at this. I'm building a 4' X 8' layout with DC wiring using common rail. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I can use to connect the common rail wires from my blocks all together? I'd like to try to avoid having to do a lot of soldering together (I have 12 blocks on the layout) so if anyone knows of some apparatus/device that lets me connect all the common rail wires together using screws or whatever I would appreciate it. Thanks all in advance for your ideas.

Proto 2000 EMD E units team up with MRC new sound decoder
Hello , long awaited answer to replacement dcc board on Proto's EMD E units due out this spring . And much needed on Proto's older model of the E units " MRC 1902 " . I bought a set A B E-6's The A unit being powered had a 8 pin dcc plug but not much room for a sound or speaker , here is my E-6 987 with a mrc sound chip and 18mm slim speakers front and aft . Other problems mars light will not work in dcc mode so I replaced it with brite LED .

Alcove expansion: Part 2 Benchwork / Joists
The work continues on the expansion of the layout into the alcove area and I've recently installed the joists on the L-girders. The weights are on the benchwork at the right are there because of a nasty twist caused by warped lumber. Once I attached the benchwork to the floor it won't be a problem.
