Corrugated metal
I have built the Walters structure under construction and to add some realism to it I need to add some corrugated metal between the beams which would be prototypical of high rise construction. The metal is the foundation for pouring of cement. So my question is where can I get some strips of corrugate aluminum or what can I use to simulate metal. Years ago Campbell had packets of strips of metal but I have not seen those in years. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thank you

Is the underframe the same for both the A & B unit? I don't have a parts list. Thanks.

Masonite Splines
I think everyone in the past has used untempered Masonite for spline roadbed. I cannot find this anywhere. Not Lowes, not Home Depot, and not the best private lumberyards in Charlotte NC. I can get tempered hardboard anywhere but it is smooth both sides. Has anyone used this and can I glue it with Titebond II ? Blayne

Athearn plastic SD45 handrails
Will the RTR plastic handrails fit the older "blue box" SD45's ?? I heard that the RTR shell is a different mold. Thanks PK
Athearn HO RTR SD40T-2 out of stock?
Just was informed that Athearn had some issues with this recent run. Damaged shipments and very limited availability. I placed my pre order back in September last year and only recently got 1 of the 2 I ordered. Has anyone else had problems with this run? Seems like the Rio Grande and Southern Pacific runs are out of stock. However the Union Pacific and KCS units are still in stock? Did they over sell their quota?
Anyone else had problems getting these?

One of my earlier entries: SMA10 – Build a 17-Function DCC Decoder for about $5 ( http://model-railroad-hobbyist.com/node/19070 ) generated a considerable amount of interest regarding the possible enhancement for controlling Servomotors (Servos). This is my next version of a 17 Channel Multifunction DCC Decoder based on a low cost $2.56 Arduino Pro Mini.
