Got Rust? Realistic rust for your layout

I will have a salvage yard on my Richlawn Railroad layout and I'm always looking for natural looking (and cheap) stuff that you'd find in a salvage yard.  Much has been said about making materials look like rusty metal and I certainly will need some of that!

The other night when I was getting ready to grill I was looking at my "anti-flare up plates".....

Heater in HO scale?

Has anyone seen this type of heater available in HO scale? Thanks.

Bought a watch

I bought an old watch at a garage sale for 25 cents. Took it apart and this is what I found. I wanted to have static grass growing through the gears but my batteries were dead.angry
