The Whole mess so far

Few weeks ago I just showed the upper deck layout plan...not much there has changed....but now I have a start on the Main and staging. Like I said before, It is a modified version of Pldvdk's N&W Pokey Division with his blessing. Im modeling the GTW, but freelanced....so no coal mines. The layout plan no where close to finished, but I really liked Paul's concept of the mainline so id like to try and keep it like it is.

Merit Badge Academy

Ok, I'm a week out from another day of Merit Badge academy. I am set up for 2 sessions of 20 scouts each (Morning class is full, afternoon class currently has 7 open slots). You may have read the article, but I have added a few things since:

1. Lecture (gotta have it, but still burning to Cd for the scouts to take home, plus 2 pages of handout)(I supply cds and handouts)

2. Accurail car kits and starting this time with Kadee couplers. (Accurail cuts a 45% discount this time, Kadees supplied for free by Kadee)

Why does this site insist on logging me off halfway through the day? - every day!

DCC problem

Problem: Our club operates a NCE DCC system both tethered and radio. On operating days there are between 8 to 14 members operating. Our system has one command unit with four boosters [slaves] At times when we operate trains the system will freeze. We then have to shut down the DCC system and re boot the system. This is very annoying.

Does any one know what is causing this problem and what can we do to fix it.

How long before an Editor fix for the iPads?

Three times I have tried to respond to Verne Niner. Each time my iPad mini has locked up. I have to switch the screen off and switch it back which dumps me out of the MRH website. This has happened several times since the server move was made. As long as I am reading it is okay. Yet, when I start to write a response it will lock up on long responses. Besides all the other new Editor features the MRH website has become unfriendly for iPad users. It worked fine until you moved. Are you going to fix it?

Google site search anomaly?

Here is a first for me. This is what I got today when using the Google MRH site search. Did moving the site to the new host have an unintended consequence?

What's with the current rash of unplanned logoffs from MRH?

It's not a huge deal because I use my Yahoo Open ID but over the last few days I've been getting logged off at least once a day without asking it be done.
