I had a thought.  It only would work if others like the idea and voluntarily chose to participate, but I want to put it out there.  I often wonder what other MRH members (or model railroaders in general) might live nearby and have compatible modeling interests, or even just an interest in meeting up to model or run trains.  Granted, I could put out the question specifically, and maybe someone would see the post at that time and respond, but that is also a one-time inquiry that only finds folks interested at that moment.

Help with terminology

Working with the Maintain Schedule section of Easy Model Railroad Inventory I see I need to add some filters. The list of cars on a train, the lower list box, needs to have 2 filters added to the Maintain Schedule window. But I need help to make sure I use the correct terminology.

I have a request, perhaps it's just me but figure there is someone else out there thinking the same as me.  Every weekend, the weekend photo fun topic starts up and almost every week it's in a different forum area.  This week, it's in a blog post.  Think we can have a set location for this topic, say in the Modeling General Discussion area ?

Floquil Thinner

I have some Floquil paints that I plan to use to airbrush a new paint scheme on a Loco,  Alas I don't have Floquil thinners.  I do have Nitrocellulose lacquer thinners which work fine with Testors Dullcote.  Can some kind person please tell me if the same thinner will work with Floquil?
