Hatch for a Train Miniature reefer
Does anyone know of a source for parts for HO scale Train Miniature parts? I am looking for a hatch for a reefer.
Displaying my passenger train
My branch line terminus layout can only fit a short passenger train. So I got out all my cars and put them on the inglenook to display them and to photograph them.
I have no idea if the sleeper car and coaches are in the proper positions.

Interesting prototype, use for old cabooses

Broken Gear Question
I have an old Precision Scale HOn3 shay with a cracked gear. I have some ideas on what I need to do to replace it. That is not the issue.
A replacement was never made that I know of, so question is at one time there were some very good glues that were quaranted (sp?) to glue anything together. Would it be possible to use that stuff and fix it or is this just a visit to fantasy land on my part?
Thanks, Jack

How thin do I make the mix?
Interesting Kitbashed Steamer to Model

Tinting LEDs to achieve the warm white look
Any thoughts on the best way to tint LEDs to achieve the warm white appearance. Many of the surface mount LEDs, especially the 0602 nano types only come in "bright white".
I would like to tint them to get the incandescent look.
Repairing broken Athearn blue box locomotive shell mounts
Has anyone tried repairing broken shell mounts on Athearn locomotives? The ones that snap into the fuel tanks to hold the body on.
