Glacier Gravel Kit Question

I apologize for the duplication of my question, but my previous post may have been buried. My question is about modeling a quarry/gravel scene. Is the Walthers Glacier Gravel Kit the only one that is made for such a scene? Does anyone make something similar? It's almost too big for my area, so should I kitbash it to make it fit? Thanks in advance, Grampy.

New method (perhaps old method) of creating grass for the layout

I will say I blatantly ripped this off another forum from another who had posted it, I felt the video provides another alternative to grass reproduction on a RR layout.  You really need to watch the entire video to get the procedure down correctly.

The very last words of the video have me considering another possible source of grass I had not thought of:

This weekend I tried out using some of the goop mixture used by Mike Confalone and Lou Sassi and others.  I made it using Mike's method of just Celluclay, latex paint and water.  It worked very well and resulted in minimal mess.

The "White Mountains":

Goop applied.  The vertical faces will have rocks added so no goop applied there:

If anyone has used the Walthers HO 4-way Hanging Traffic Light,

do we know if the 4x R/Y/G light heads are all in one molding,
or
are they 4x seperate castings which can be split and re-deployed individually?

Satellite truck

I am in want of a HO scale Satellite truck. I have searched ebay and the internet to no avail. Does anyone know where I could find one or the parts to build one? I did see where some one had built one, but it was only a picture.

(CGI Textures has some very large 96dpi landscape photos, I used LandscapesGreen0076 (Texture: #106627)  (1st page 3 up from bottom) for my banner.

Cardstock constrcution video

We have just posted a YouTube video on cardstock construction if any one is interested. This is a generic video but uses a 1970's style house as an example, done in both N scale and HO scale, but can be done in OO and O scale as well. The N scale plans can be reduced to Z scale.
