BLMA Signal wiring help
Hi everyone, newbie here! I am currently building my 7' x 13' layout. The signalling application I am struggling with is either side of the passing siding I have on the layout. Basically, either end of the siding, I wish to install BLMA signals. Searchlights at one end and the new 'darth vader' signals at the other (I enjoy taking photos, so the mix is best!).
Tsunami for large scale ride on
Is there a way to obtain the Tsunami sounds from their decoder to use in large, ride on scale? I use a Phoenix system now but Tsunami has better, more varied, sounds. They are, however, intended for use in HO etc. and controlled by DCC. I want to use it in 1½" scale and control without DCC. Us there a way to do this?
DCC for multi scales, is there such a thing?
Hi all. I know that the selection of a DCC system has been beat to death around here and everyone has their favorite, so I'm not really looking for a particular system in that regards.

DCC for Walthers 90' Turntable Kit and Motor
I have a Walthers 933-3171 90' turntable kit and a Walthers 933-1050 motor for the kit, and I have been trying to find a way to control the turntable using DCC. Has anyone tried to do this? If so, can you point me towards some instructions on how to set it up?

Pulse Width Modulation? Need help.
Questions about PWM:
I am trying to do a project that is a digital throttle, driving the track with a plus width modulated (PWM) constant frequency. I have a commercial analog throttle that generates this PWM voltage source (it is at about 18KHZ) but I want to do it digitally for reason too complicated to explain here.

is there any particular method to change the length (make shorter) an LED??

Any expereince with Tam Valley radio DCC?
Ever since I first head about it, I've been interested in Tam Valley's radio DCC system. Now that I finally have the budget for it, I'm considering making a purchase. Before I do, has anybody used it, and can you comment on it?
Do you own/use a DCC decoder tester or packet tester?
With the wide range of DCC decoder problems reported here I'm wondering how many folks have actually invested in a DCC decoder tester. If so, has it proven to be a worthwhile expense? What brand do you use and would you recommend one to your friends? On a similar note, has anyone had experience with packet testers and, if so, what has it done for you that you think you couldn't have done any other way?
