Siskiyou Line dismantling: Best laid plans
I started a bit of dismantling of the trackwork in staging on Siskiyou Line one in late April and early May -- and then life circumstances intervened. I’ve had to put all layout activity on hold for the next several months.
First Friday Night - Operating Session...
So last night we had our first Friday night Ops Session. We had six of the group show up for a few hours of giving the layout a good solid workout.

Configuring Four Sugar Cube Speakers
Thanks for the suggestions on the previous blog on configuring three 16 mm diameter tablet speakers. I am applying some of those suggestions in this blog piece. The focus is installing three 13mm X 18mm X 13mm and one 11mm X 15mm x 12mm speakers each in two Athearn RTR diesels using recently unemployed Tsunami GN1000 decoders.
