Southern Pacific RDC operations and Model? Help needed?

I'm looking into the possible addition of a SP RDC operation on my layout. My layout is based in the Mid southern region of Arizona and from what I do know or believe Arizona never had any RDC operations within the state of Arizona. I'm also looking for an appropriate model or stand in for this RDC unit or units. Any ideas? I model in "N" scale.

I'm finally back to posting to this neglected blog about the Ascape Tennsion & Sulphur Gulch Railroad. I will not try to include these posts in order but will merely date them as I post them rather than when they were constructed. I will try to give some details about the back story.
