As promised, my Domtar 1001 photos.  I finished this unit in late July as custom work for a buddy that is now modeling CN in central Wisconsin.  This engine will be used to operate the Domtar paper plant at Nekoosa.

Used a BLI NW2, which represents a late production EMD NW2.  Seen in some of the exposures is my BN 14, an NW2 that BN rebuilt and called it an NW-12.  Note the difference in the taper of the hood down to the front windows of the cab.  The BN unit represents an early build NW2.

The new video is out. A quick installation of DCC into the Atlas Alco Century C-424/425's.The Classic series has a nice motherboard, but I needed a modern one with capabilities to connect a Current Keeper and lighting functions.

I use a NixTrainz Decoder Buddy V5, A Soundtraxx 21 PNEM with a Current Keeper. An iPhone speaker provides the sound. It was an easy installation and I only had to modify the rear weight and the plastic towers that held up the Atlas Motherboard.

I previoulsy posted about yet another move to Toronto with my portable Ontario South Central. This is now the 4th location. If you follow my blogs I wrote about a small switching layout that fits into a Condo living space satisfying the missus. 

Well, we've broken up, and I had to move to the burbs and had my layout in a room in a town house.

Hey all, here's the July update for my little shelf layout. I received a new addition for my arsenal of modeling, fixed a decoder issue in a locomotive, worked on some decals and a few other things!
