Why am I not getting notified when a new issue is released?

Short Answer: First, make sure you are a subscriber. Log in and click My Accounts on the right hand menu, then click the Notifications tab. Make sure Subscribe to Model Railroad Hobbyist Magazine notifications is checked. Also click the Edit tab and make sure your email address is current and correct.

How do I change my email or user name?

Short answer: Just log in, go to the My account menu on the right and then click the Edit tab, make your changes and then click Save. We allow you to freely edit your user name or email address, so change it whenever you need to.

Reset password doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?

The most common reason password reset doesn't work is you have cookies turned off in your browser.

Help! I can't log in ...

CAN'T REMEMBER YOUR USER NAME?

Try using your email address - both your user name and your email work as a login name.

We assume most people can remember their email address, even if they can't remember their username - especially if they don't visit this site very often.

I still can't get the video to play. Any other suggestions?

Answer: Make sure you have tried all the video playback options we offer. Here they are:

I can't get the video to play - what do I do?

Short answer: Most who have video playback problems are using Internet Explorer version 6 or 7 with the Windows XP or Vista operating system. If this is the browser and operating system you are using, then read the long answer for a detailed explanation of what the problem is and how to fix it.
