I have split switch's and while driving the train you really do not think that can happen but it does and it happens very fast, even at slow speeds. It takes a few seconds for you to realize that your engine trucks are going two ways, then it is almost too late and you are on the ground. In HO just pick it up but in 1 to 1 scale call the track and yard people for help as you are going to need it.
