Scenery - Structures
My first module - Time for some trees
Time for greenery, starting with low shrubs.
Here is a detail view of the cutting over the tunnel.
And an overall view.

Walthers kit -- need help
I bought an inexpensive Walthers Cornerstone kit many years ago: Dust Collector Accessory #933-3113. There are 2 sprues with parts for 2 dust collectors, but there is no picture of the completed kit and no instructions, just the parts in a plastic bag. The kit isn't offered anymore so I can't get instructions from the website.
My first module - Long overdue update
It's been far too long between updates and there has been a lot of progress.
Firstly there is a stream now.
Scratch built N Scale interlocking tower
Just like my obsession with the freight station that started me down the path of modeling the Pacific Electric in N Scale, the Pacific Electric interlocking towers got stuck in my mind.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a kit in N Scale that matches the prototype.

Fortunately, there are plans for a basic interlocking tower, just move some windows.
Ken Karlewicz's HO Scale Delaware and Hudson Second Sub
Hey Guys
My Buddy Mike Confalone suggested that it was time for me to post something about my HO scale Delaware and Hudson Layout, so here is a one of my Youtube videos from 2017 ...
Extruded Styrofoam-Compatible Rattle Can Paint
I've started painting my trackwork in Casper yard, which is laid on cork on pink styrofoam.
To begin I've put a general coating of brown over track, cork and foam. I'm using a Rustoleum flat brown.
I've discovered that it is not totally friendly to extruded pink styrofoam. Here's a picture of what I'm getting on the foam:
Any tips for making wood structure kits light tight?
I am wondering if any of you have any neat tricks for making a laser-cut wood structure kit light tight. I am putting together a Blair Line kit and have put in some interior details and some LED interior lighting. When I test fit the various roof panels, they look like perfect fits. But, when I darken the room and turn on the interior lights, there are various places along the roof eaves where light leaks out-- even though with lights off the seam looks tight and true.
Building Barb's Bungalow (Part 1)
Hey everyone, thought I would show the progress on my Atlas Barb's Bungalow kit. The plan for this is to eventually have a full interior and lighting, but in the meantime, the plan is to do the exterior walls and leave the roof removable both for the future interior/lighting and so I can show it off when it's finished.
