Update on BNML Layout Progress

Bill Brillinger's picture

Here is an update on my progress on the BNML. Morris to St Jean...

This diagram shows the area covered in this update.

I've made lots of progress since my last update. Got the big curve in and all of the track up to the south end of St. Jean.

The duckunder is in and I'm not finding it to be a problem. It's just high enough that I can pass under it in a 2 step motion quite comfortably.

Wiring is all in and everything seems to be working well.

Looking Good

Looking Good Bill.  I see the head lamp on the bench work.  I use one also.  They are real handy.

Looking good

It's looking really amazing. I bet you are having a great time putting it together. It is very impressive that you have shared so many photos of the progress with us. Can't wait to see more.

Update: Baxter Station Pokies

The betting options here are second to none. You can seriously play on any budget; unlike a lot of other progressives that may be quite expensive. You can play anywhere from $0.01 to $25 per line, or $0.25 to $125 per bet. As you can see, anyone who loves the online pokies, will love Captain America for its inclusion of any size budget. The reasons to play doesn't stop at just the amazing graphics and large bet scale. There are other reasons to play as well.

Captain America is a 5 reel, 25 payline progressive game with a valid pokies licence that has many features. Based on the ever popular comic book series, it is not really based on the movie 'The Avengers' but the movie certainly does help to bring it to the forefront of pokie lovers' minds. There are tons of amazing graphics such as 'Captain America' which is the wild symbol, the Statute of Liberty, the American Flag, and many others. The Captain America logo serves as the scatter symbol and when three or more of these symbols land on your screen you will have the chance to play free games.

Organic Bench Edges

I love the 'organic' look of your bench work. I suspect a lot of effort, but well worth it.
Looking forward to how you tackle the skyline/backdrop/angled roof thing......

Organic?

Rob, are you are referring to the curved edges?

This is not a hard as it looks. some 1/4" plywood layers, some glue, and a brad nailer. It's like making spline roadbed - but way less effort.

Thanks for the compliments!

Layour plan drawing

Bill,

what did you use to draw the plan you submitted? I love to post our club plan but it's an old AutoCAD line drawing. Id love to do it over like yours is. The plan and your layout both look great.

Thanks,

Great Looking Start.

Love  the curved bench work. Think you and others may have created a new business for me, the champ rental business. Have seen many use dozens of champs  during construction then what do you do with them? Have two boxes of assorted sizes now.

@Barry

Hi Barry,

Thank you for your compliment and your question.

I use CorelDraw X3 for my drawings.  For anything under 150x150 ft, it is precise and accurate as well as a great illustrating program.

I have layers for every kind of detail.
