June Update

Long time no post...To much work not enough time off...Finally got a weekend and took Saturday to go to Toledo Hollywood with the wife and lost some money but had a great time playing Game of Thrones slot machine. Won some, lost more, ended up in the hole as usual...laugh...

How did you get into Model railroading?

This ought to be fun.  I'll start.  When I was a teenager, my younger brother got a train set for Christmas.  So, we started planning a layout with my Dad.  My Dad had 2 engines of his own, 1 from his boyhood and 1 that belonged to his father.  My mother's father had a Lionel setup in the basement that we went to see when we visited.

The Closet Branch

Hello!

The Closet Branch

18”x36” and 6”x36”yard.
Used be a center backdrop in the middle. Originally planed to have two separate scenes but now it resides one corner of a small closet without the backdrop.
Buildings are made of $ 0.99 formcore boards with junks and one Pikestuff engine house kit on the yard.
Painted AC Moore $ 0.75 craft paints.

No room, no time, no money and no imagination. Well, I'm trying..... I want to see my train running instead of plastic  cases.
