Some recent projects for the layout: Photo #1--Ashland Chemicals Company custom decals by Ricky Rupp of Modern Rails Company were applied to a modified Roundhouse 50' plug door boxcar. I shortened the ladders, applied a straight side sill and removed the roof walk. I weathered the car to an over all grimy appearance as per a photograph. Photo #2--Florida Southern decals by Modern Rails Company were applied to an older Athearn 40' wood boxcar.
