Awesome work everyone last week! Time to start this week's photo thread!
As always, we get as much out of your in-process photos as we do the highly polished "all done" shots!

N scale crane wanted
I am looking for an N scale crane. I have one like in the photo and it was a metal casting kit which I glued together and painted, and I would be perfectly happy with the same thing again if I could find it. I can't recall the manufacturer or even how long ago I bought it. It may be out of production. Any leads would be appreciated.
Primer
Ok so being as Joe has,not (yet) covered the topic of Primers I am starting this topic to try and get some idea.
I am mostly settled on using Vallejo paint for my models. I have both a Badger Anthem and Patriot airbrushs (one is a siphon the other is gravity feed)
I am mostly doing buildings. Both plastic and wood/ laser kits. But also some cars (plastic and resin) and a couple steam engines (plastic and brass).

A day of live steam on a 7.25" railroad !
Hi all ! ! !
Here is a video filmed on The White rock Southern & Ozon River R.R. in France. It is an american prototype layout layed with 7"1/4 tracks. It was the last run of this year on the layout and you will see in action a superb Baldwin prairie built by the owner Bernard ROCHE.
A great Day !

On our Youtube channel. Enjoy and have a great weekend, Joey
Iwata TRN1 and TRN2 pistol trigger airbrush
Has anyone used either the TRN1 or TRN2 airbrush from Iwata?
I am considering buying a new airbrush for building and engine and car painting and the pistol trigger interests me. I have never gotten used to my Double action Anthem so I think I may be happier with the pistol trigger.
And my father (who will also use it) is much more experienced with spray gun triggers then airbrush buttons.
The cost looks reasonable at about $118 or so. The difference between the two is such that I am not sure what is the better option.

Plate steel loads?
Lets see pictures of your plate steel loads on bulkhead flats!
Also, if you made them, how did you do it?

Ops with CTC
I participated in a mini ops session on the famous Wolverine Lynx Railroad and I thought I would share some info about this great layout here as well.
This is a large layout built for "operations". It is roughly 36 X 40 feet and it is equipped with fully functioning signal.
