Poster Putty Tip
I had to chuckle reading Dave Dexter's tip for using poster putty to hold little screws. We've been using that trick for years where I work, but with wax.
I'm a surgical technologist working in a hospital's O.R. The screws we use for cranial and jaw fixation are very small: they have a 2 to 3.0mm head and length from 1mm and up. We often use sterile bone wax (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bone_wax) to hold troublesome screws on the screwdrivers.

Weathering a box car
Hi all,
I would like to share a couple of pictures of my first weathering work. Since it was my first try, I took an old Mehano box car to practice.
Any comment or suggestion will be really appreciate.

problem viewing on a tablet
I have an Android-based tablet that has no trouble downloading the .pdf for an issue of MRH, but all that is displayed with my Adobe reader are gray pages. I have downloaded .pdf files from other sites and have no trouble viewing them. Any ideas?

Lumber loads for center beam flats.
In a back issue, I believe it was July of 2011, I seen an article on lumber loads for center beam flats. The author had downloads you could print for HO and N scale. I tried to print the HO scale, but it wasn't right. Is there specific instructions for printing items from the mag. that the author offers for downloading?
Mike.
Promoting MRH?
Joe,
I was thinking it would be nice to post a poster about MRH in my local hobby shop.
Do you have an 8.5x11 promo poster that people can print and put up?
Also Rick Wade was asking in another thread about some badges to print and wear to trains shows.
What are your thoughts on this?
