Switching Layout
It seems the question of "Need a good switching layout plan" seems to arise from time to time. There is a cool article about the Effingham RR in Trains mag that looks like would make a great switching layout.

Is the plan that you want to use is it the red portion ?

Not for me personally, but yes the section in red perhaps with enough of the Class I's to make it interesting. I thought if someone is looking for a switching layout modeled after a prototype this might make a good one.
