In the last 10 years we have gone through three steps in lighting. If i had to do it over i would go with LEDs. This is good example of massive use of LEDs. There are two videos in this post.

Are those LED bars or some
Are those LED bars or some new form of rope light with LEDs?
Type of LEDs
You can ask the video producer questions directly on YT, in the comments section of the video, just go to that video. He show the packages of LEDS. He is mounting them on strips. There are many videos of this being done. Maybe Joe could find some one to do in depth article with a video on how to do this.
What I noticed on the first
What I noticed on the first linked youtube was the distance of the LED's from ceiling to track level is much further than those who have multiple levels of lights. I think those with mulitiple levels will have the lights closer to the track in terms of height distance.
My second thought is are these the expensive type of LED's or the cheaper ones. I do notice a big difference in the pricier versus the less expensive LED's.
I am nervous about the kelvin temperature of lights. I know when I bought daylight flourescents in T5's for my aquarium the colour was to cold (or blue) so I think moving away from daylight might be something I'm interested in. Noon daylight is around 5600 K, I'm curious how something in the 4000 K might look.
Examples of Color Temperature
The following table offers a broader example of the types of color temperature:
Second link
Since the video in the second link was shot in '13, much more scenery has been completed and lighting for the upper deck has been completed as well. For still photos of the construction go to:
