Important Note to Internet Explorer or Safari users on a PC / Mac: Please right click (ctrl-click on Mac) and select "Save target as" (IE) or "Download link as" (Safari) to save the PDF to your device instead of opening it in your browser. HTML5 compliant browsers like Chrome or Firefox will automatically save the PDF to your device when you click the link. Also on Macs when using Safari, holding down Option while clicking on a link will force it to download instead of displaying.

Landscape not downloading
Have tried downloading the Landscape version of the latest issue without success. I tried it with both Firefox and Chrome and both have failed to download. Also tried the Portrait version and it downloaded without any problem so I suspect it is on your end. Can you help?
Did you try the Backup Server?
Also, did you get any error messages? Yours is the first problem with this issue that I've seen.

When reporting problems ...
When reporting problems please tell us ...
1. What kind of device - PC, Mac, Tablet (brand), Phone (brand)
2. Which browsers you have tried - Chrome, Firefox, Safari, MS browser (Edge, IE), ...
3. Describe what's happening, with an error message.
4. Tell us roughly where you are located (South Africa, Denver, etc)
On point 3, please be as descriptive as possible - just saying it won't download isn't enough. Tell us if it dies (and what error message), if it never starts, if it downloads but won't open, and so on.
And with download problems, make sure you try both the primary and backup server, and also try more than one wifi location if you can (both at work and at home, for example). These are really large files and http downloading can be temperamental at times - working fine one day and dying the next. Also try rebooting your router - it's amazing how often that will fix odd web behavior.

Landscape won't download
Joe, I cannot get the Landscape version to download either. I'm in Philadelphia, using an HP laptop. I'm not getting any error messages. It appears to download, but doesn't show anything when you attempt to open it. Thanks Joe Hueber
Make sure you try this trouble-shooting ...
Joe, I cannot get the Landscape version to download either.
Try these trouble-shooting steps ...
1. Try the backup server as well
2. Try several different browsers
3. Try both embedded (larger) and standard edition (smaller)
4. Reboot your computer and reboot your browser, then try again
5. Wait a day or two and try again
One of the steps in this list often will solve the problem. If none of these work, then let us know ad we'll try something else.
