All modern HTML5 compliant browsers automatically save the PDF to your device when you click the link. However, in the case of Internet Explorer (PC) or older versions of Safari (Mac), you need to do the following to get the PDF to download instead of display in the browser.
INTERNET EXPLORER USERS (PC): Please right click and select "Save target as" to save the PDF directly to your device instead of opening it in your browser.
SAFARI USERS (Mac): Please hold down the OPTION key when clicking to force Safari to download the PDF instead of display it in the browser. However, as of Safari 10.1 (released Mar 26, 2017), Safari DOES support the download attribute via a direct click.

Email Notice of New Issues
I literally JUST noticed that I no longer seem to got notified when a new issue is ready, and appear to have not gotten that since last September. I downloaded all to catch up, but has something changed that I missed along the way?
We are ad supported, remember
We are ad-supported remember. If you get an email ad from us and you mark it as spam, then all emails from us stop. That’s probably what you did.
We take being called a spammer very seriously. The US government will levy fines of up to $16,000 PER SPAM EMAIL to any US firm convicted of being a spammer. For that reason, if you label any advertising email from us as spam, then we put you on a NEVER email again list.
We realize you may accidentally “spam” one of our emails, so you can be reinstated, but we need to email you a brand new invite to rejoin and you need to accept it.
This is a two strikes and you’re out process, though. Once you get reinstated, if you “spam” any of our emails again, you’re through. You can never use that email again with us.
You can thank true spammers for these stringent rules. We NEVER want to get fined $16,000 for spamming people. Continuing to mark any ad emails from us as spam more than once is what does this. Two strikes against us from you and you’re out.
Better is to scroll down to the bottom of our ad campaign emails and use the OPT OUT of this ad campaign button. That removes you from any more emails for this specific campaign.
Sorry it works this way, but email has become something of the bane of the internet. Another good option is to get the MRH app or to use the MRH online hub website. That is kept updated with the latest issues back to 2014, and we’re adding more back issues every month.

I have had the same problem
I have had the same problem for over six months. I have not marked any MRH emails as spam, but since spam filters are based on a community system, I realize that MRH emails may still be caught by the spam filter anyway. So I've checked my spam folder, but there are no MRH emails in there either. So I know that it's not my mail system's spam folder that is causing this.

After receiving "2017-Sep 2 - TrainMasters TV Summer Sale coundown - FREE VIDEOS"Reason: Spammy content
Remember, we are AD SUPPORTED which means special ADVERTISING EMAIL BLASTS as well as the regular weekly MRH email blasts.
We send maybe 12-15 special ADVERTISING-ONLY email blasts per year, usually as campaigns with the emails coming for three days in a row in March, September, and December/January. Those emails are the price of free and a significant portion of our entire annual income can be credited to these blasts.
The trouble is, if you mark any of our emails as "spammy" that puts you on a special list where we stop sending you any more emails, period. You get one chance to say you didn't really mean it, but if you call our emails spammy ever again, that's it, you're done.
We have to do this because the Federal Government can levy fines of up to $16,000 per spam email to a company that gets accused of spamming folks and not giving them a way to say stop it.

OK, I'm a little out of the
OK, I'm a little out of the loop. So if I click something as spam in my e-mail it sends you back an e-mail that it was marked as spam?
Not any thing MRH, But...
If you click and mark that ***HOT GIRLS will go home with you tonight*** as SPAM in your e-mail. The spam sender of that e-mail gets a notification that you are marking the e-mail as spam and you are a real person so the spammer knows they can send more spam your way, that you will mark as spam in your e-mail???
So have I marked things as spam? from MRH?

You unsubscribe
Nope, you unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in the email. It will ask why and spammy content is one option. Other options are: no longer interested, deceased, other.
Naturally, if deceased is chosen, it is a surviving person who knew you and is trying to shut down your now defunct email box, not you directly (unless you're planning something we don't know about ...).

Ok, It is not someone
Ok, It is not someone clicking it as spam in th e-mail from their provider but someone clicking it as spam when unsubscribing. makes more sense that way.

We Are Ad Supported, Remember
Instead of pretending others are the problem, perhaps becoming familiar with CAN-SPAM requirements for your email messages will calm your fears of lawsuits. Even better, make sure the email you send is sent in accordance with those rules - then you can never be found guilty of sending spam or be fined.
Instead of finding fault with your customers, perhaps listening to them and responding to their concerns with a business-like attitude would help, also. But, hey, if you want to stamp your feet, stick out your lower lip, and take your ball home, well, that's your prerogative, isn't it? But is it the adult way to react?
Of course, it is always easier to blame your readership, isn't it? Lack of knowledge or refusal to abide by the rules does not make those to whom you send commercial email the problem. Don't want to be sued or fined - follow the rules. It's that easy.
We use a bulk email service
We use a bulk email service — Mailchimp — and these are the rules they implement. Mailchimp is one of the largest and most feature rich bulk mailing providers but they’re also very affordable which is why we use them. They have an anti-spam reputation that is superb because of how they have implemented these rules.
We’re somewhat held captive by the way bulk email services implement these rules — and so we must live by them. They all are similar — marking emails as spammy content puts you on a do not send list and to get back to the do send list gets harder if you keep marking emails as spammy.
How would you do it?
P.S. We're not afraid of lawsuits. We don't want to be fined by the authorities, which is what Mailchimp works hard to avoid with their policy. Since we use their service, they implement the policies, not us.

Email notices
I get the email notices and just have gmail filter them into my MRH folder skipping my inbox so no reason to ever mark the messages as spammy content.
I don't see them though unless I go looking in the MRH folder, but I do see when there are unread messages in the MRH folder so I know when new ones have arrived.
Others are the problem, those people who do/did create spam, if it was not for them then we would not have these rules and fines levied.
