Using Chrome, the links above only download an .htm file which does not have the PDF. Tried IE11 and it was fine.

More details, please: what kind of device you reading with, and which browser you using? Finally, what PDF reader are you using?

Most often, when someone reports all links are dead, either they have a virus / popup blocker interferring, or they are using a PDF reader that's got problems.

You could have something that changed on your device since the last issue - to check that, go back and read an older issue. Likely as not, those links don't work now either. If so, that means something is interfering with the normal function of the links.

The links work for me on a computer running windows 7 using adobe reader 11.0.19, the arrows turn the pages, front cover links work, index TOC at the bottom of pages.

I did find an incorrect ad link however, the MRC ad just prior to the Designing and Building the Emey Falls Module article sends me to the MRH store, not MRC's website.

I only tested the landscape standard pdf file downloaded from the primary server with Chrome.

I was looking in the Walthers catalog and was looking at LEDs. For ultrabright led they wanted $11.89 I believe. I found this website http://www.futurlec.com and they sell a ultrabright led for 20 cents. I also saw that they had photo cells and I would like to figure out how to use those with crossing signals. Just thought I would pass this info along,

This is good information, but would be better shared in a post about electronics/LEDs, rather than this thread which is about issues with the Web downloader for the February edition of the magazine.

Searching for working grade crossing yields lots of results, I know the one Scale Model Animation 14: Grade (or Level) Crossing Control, is interesting but it uses an Arduino for control and infra-red sensors. You may have to create a new post to ask your specific question, but poke around the search results to see if it is already answered. Of course you could try other searches as well e.g. controlling grade crossing with photo cells
