Running The Prospector

With the summer being one rain storm after another, and then heat, then another storm, I have to relax somehow, so when Dana finally got back from his vacation over the entire month of July, I decided to put the Prospector together, (also had to wait for the cars I had gotten from a friend to arrive.), and ran the train for awhile on the West Hernando Central.

Anyone familar with this video series?  It's a 10 part series covering a wide variety of subjects.  I can only find it on e bay.  Yea I know what you are thinking.. if it's only on e bay... but I gota ask anyway.

Scenic Express - Any experiences with buying from them?

I want to get some 6mm static grass flock and can not get it anywhere locally, but I found it at Scenic Express. 

Has anyone dealt with this company?

This happened a few days ago in Amherst MA. not far from where I live. I found the article in the local newspaper online site. The engineer hit the E stop.

While at the Train Show I didn’t get a chance to make any video of the layout running, I was quite busy for every minute of all three days. To make up for the missing train show video I promised to shoot, I made this one up last evening.

CNJ Bronx Terminal in Hartford - HD Video

Hi,

While in Hartford I shot a bit of video, but surprisingly, not as much as I thought I would.  Spending time shooting video with everything else going on was quite difficult, so most of the video was shot by others.

There is a bit of video showing the CNJ Bronx Terminal on display in the contest room as well as some shots of Tom Griffith's award winning scratchbuilt Howe truss floatbridge, a model near and dear to my heart...
