A suggestion for the forum
I have a minor issue with the way the MRH forum works. First, I'd like to say that I LOVE being able to go straight to the first unread response in a thread. It's so handy to be able to scroll down and open each thread in a new tab, then read them at my leisure.

iPhoto and the MRH website
Hi All-
I made the recent migration back to a Mac after 20 years or so on PCs and was curious what strategies other Mac users employ to post photos to the MRH website. On my PC I would simply resize and then use the uploader to post them to the site but with iPhoto I need to resize, export, and then upload.
Seems like I'm just adding steps. What do you guys do? Thanks in advance for the help!

Jon Grant (long overdue - some great modeling, and we hope to see more in the pages of MRH from him)...
Kevin Klettke - some simply fabulous weathering and photography:
Magazine download page - CORRECTED!
When I click the "Download without using Flash" button on the downloads page nothing happens. I'm using an iPad2.
Going back to postindex
Hello!
As I was browsing through my ’backlog’ of unread articles of MRH web posts, I experience the following error:
I open a thread on e.g. page 5, and as I press “>> Posts Index” I do not return to page 5 but to page 1.
The behaviour is just the same using “Recent web posts” and “Recent posts (new experimental”.
Am I missing something here?
(Using Windows 7 and Firefox 6)
Best regards, Olav in Norway
MRH Visits the San Diego Model Railroad Museum
MRH staff visited the San Diego Model Railroad Museum (located in the Casa de Balboa building in Balboa Park, San Diego) in May to check out the latest progress on the La Mesa club's Tehachapi Pass layout. While there, we interviewed a number of people wandering the aisles of this mammoth museum dedicated to model trains. This video contains those interviews plus some walk throughs of this outstanding collection of layouts (5 of them!) and other train memorabilia.
Be sure to check out our coverage of the Tehachapi Pass layout in the September 2011 issue of MRH available Monday, Sept 5th.

Doing some web site cleanup
Sorry for all the old comment pages showing up in the recent posts list - we're doing some web site re-organization / cleanup.
That's why the new Recent Post is better - if you haven't tried it - give it a try. One of these days real soon that will become the standard Recent posts format ...
