Photo links on new forum?

What happens to the image links to photos that have been posted on the old forum?

I read this just recently but I am not totally understanding it,..

ANSWER: Any photos you put into your posts get ported so they show up in the same post on the new forum, but they're saved to the general forum database and aren't available to you via your user profile. So the photos in your posts get copied over and show, but they don't go to your new forum photo album.

This 7 minute video explains how blogs work on the old forum and what you need to do to prepare your blog for the move to the new forum. The prep work should only take about 5 minutes and you will be much happier with how people can navigate to find your blog posts on the new forum if you do this small amount of manual prep.
