Vimeo problems with older TMTV episodes?

While trying to (hopefully) find something on weathering steam locomotives in a TMTV session I did a simple search for the phrase "steam weathering".  One of the very few hits I got pointed to the Backshop Clinic: Extreme weathering 4.  When I tried to play the video using the standard player I got an error message "Video not found or access denied"; is this the symptom of Firefox breaking the viewer?  There was a notification of this issue in the link to follow if you're having video issues but it doesn't say when the FF issue began.
