When we do a quiet pre-release, you can get the issue by using recent posts, but you won't be able to use get current issue until the first Monday of the month.
That way we can work any final bugs out of the issue before we release it to the masses on the first Monday.
So the fact Feb is not yet available as the current issue yet is by design. Any access to an issue prior to the first Monday of the month is only for MRH forum regulars who know how to use recent posts.
