Nick has them ...

Pre-wired SMD LEDs.  I'm not really sure of the voltage, but V=IR is your friend.

I've seen them online as well in bulk, but they aren't pre-wired.

1.5 volt LED?

Isn't the minimum forward voltage for a "white" LED something like 3.7 volts?

(I've had a few beers, not to mention a couple of trucks, since sleeping through that lecture.....)

AliExpress is your friend, next to Google...

If you search for "smd led pre wired" you'll find several 100ths, all sizes and colours.

Let me guess.

You have an Athearn or other similar motherboard that outputs 1.5 volts for those nasty old incandescent bulbs and  you want to power LEDs.  This will not work.  Like Scott says, 3.7 forward voltage.  A little less voltage will work.  3 volts is common also.

An alternative is a 21-pin decoder and a Decoder Buddy with resistors onboard to solder prewired LEDs to directly.

I use ELE Doctor on eBay for my prewired and raw LEDs.  Search “smd led” and scroll for his ad.
