Lay the car on it's side. Cut a small piece of either toilet paper or paper towel to cover just what you want to remove. Put a small drop of Walthers Solvaset on the piece of paper. Wait about 5-10 minutes then put another drop on the paper. After another 5-10 minutes remove the paper and the number/lettering should come right off. --- Ken
