It's the online version.

Standard troubleshooting steps to get the online edition to work ...

1. Try the HTML5 version ... The link is right below the blue read online button.
2. Try closing and reopening the browser.
3. Try a different browser. Browsers are free, so everyone needs at least two for troubleshooting like this.
4. Try power-cycling your device.
5. If a PC / Mac and using wifi wireless, try plugging in a network cable. If mobile device with 3G/4G, try that instead of wifi
6. Try resetting your wifi router / modem
7. Try a different device (go from home computer to your smartphone, for example)

99.9% of the time, one of these will get it working for you. It could be your Flash version is corrupt, if so the HTML5 version will work. To correct a Flash problem, Google: adobe flash player help

Thanks for the advice Joe. I will try them out. 

BTW: I was also unable to download the magazine as well - just got a white page.

The online version is very slow to load (at least on my connection) ... often seems that it has stalled with just a white page.  give it some time (several minutes) and you might see the pages loading.  I prefer the download version because of this.
