Outstanding Photos

The photos are exceptional in both cases.

Curious...was the bridge built from Central Valley parts?  Or some other method/kit?

I love the idea of a 2" x 2"

I love the idea of a 2" x 2" diorama. I started with model kits as a kid and got bored so I started dioramas either planes in dogfight or lead and later pewter Dungeons and Dragons battle scenes. Isn't model railroading just playing with diroamas anyway??? The modeler's intent to hone skills for one small thing is perfect, you inspired me! I am building the HO Scale Osborn Gazebo 1) its my first wooden kit 2) its small about 2" x 2" 3) it will let me practice weathering techniques, scenery techniques, and composition of a scene. Thanks for the inspiration.

I think I get too caught up sometimes in things looking perfect and I love how the Santa Fe still shows behind the Canadian National after its been rebranded. Just like the prototype. I see a lot of MEC converted to Guilford, converted to Pan Am at the yard down the street form my house and this method is awesome, thanks for sharing.

2" x 2"

The 2" x 2" layout... affordable, portable, and can be completed in a reasonable amount of time!   I wonder what brand of DCC Mr. Baker used on his mini diorama wink
