Problems accessing the issue? Follow these troubleshooting steps ...

Important Note to Internet Explorer or Safari users on a PC / Mac: Please right click (ctrl-click on Mac) and select "Save target as" (IE) or "Download link as" (Safari) to save the PDF to your device instead of opening it in your browser. HTML5 compliant browsers like Chrome or Firefox will automatically save the PDF to your device when you click the link. Also on Macs when using Safari, holding down Option while clicking on a link will force it to download instead of displaying.

I didn't have the option on safari to "download link as". I just downloaded it and "exported as pdf" to my desktop.

Your version of Safari?

Could be the version of Safari you are using.

I'm using Safari version 10.0.3, and a right-click on any of the links above does show "Download Linked File As..." as an option.

Good that you both found and shared workarounds.
