Important Note to Internet Explorer or Safari users on a PC / Mac: Please right click (ctrl-click on Mac) and select "Save target as" (IE) or "Download link as" (Safari) to save the PDF to your device instead of opening it in your browser. HTML5 compliant browsers like Chrome or Firefox will automatically save the PDF to your device when you click the link. Also on Macs when using Safari, holding down Option while clicking on a link will force it to download instead of displaying.

Downloading Issues
While I can download using Chrome or IE, it dos not work in that piece of crap called "Edge". Thought you may want to know that as some machines now only have Edge.

It's working now
Well, I just downloaded several issues (June through August 2016) using Edge, and I can view them just fine. It's been a few months, so that helps a lot. Edge was really beta software without that label, so I'm not surprised that things didn't work right with it.
MS Windows
Actually, Microsoft Internet Explorer is still available (though it's hidden) on Windows 10.
To find it:
Click on the left-most button at the bottom of your screen (the Windows button)
Start typing "Internet Explorer" and you'll get a shortcut to it. Click on the shortcut. When it's open, right-click on the bottom icon (on the taskbar at the bottom of your screen), and select "Pin to Taskbar" and it will remain there as a shortcut.
