Important Note to Internet Explorer or Safari users on a PC / Mac: Please right click (ctrl-click on Mac) and select "Save target as" (IE) or "Download link as" (Safari) to save the PDF to your device instead of opening it in your browser. HTML5 compliant browsers like Chrome or Firefox will automatically save the PDF to your device when you click the link. Also on Macs when using Safari, holding down Option while clicking on a link will force it to download instead of displaying.

Thanks
Simply use one of the PDF
Simply use one of the PDF links it should open in a new tab then you can do the open in for whatever program you use, if you need pictures I can add them to this post.
For an iPad we recommend GoodReader
Trying to download within the browser on a mobile device tends to be inconsistent. We've found it best on mobile devices to get and use an Internet Download Manager app instead of downloading in the browser.
On the iPad, we recommend GoodReader ($5) - it not only manages downloads much better than the browser, it gives you a nice download progress bar and it's a great PDF viewer and video player.
