Important Note to Internet Explorer or Safari users on a PC / Mac: Please right click (ctrl-click on Mac) and select "Save target as" (IE) or "Download link as" (Safari) to save the PDF to your device instead of opening it in your browser. HTML5 compliant browsers like Chrome or Firefox will automatically save the PDF to your device when you click the link. Also on Macs when using Safari, holding down Option while clicking on a link will force it to download instead of displaying.

El Cap and Safari don't seem to function with Flash downloader
When using the flash downloader from the email with EL Capitan (Mac OSX 10.11) and safari when you select the file you want and the popup window that appear to choose destination and start the download pressing the buttons does nothing and remains on screen - clicking anywhere invokes the error sound but no control - A force quit is the only way out.
However using the web downloader and right clicking to save as works as expected

Flash is being abandoned
Flash is considered legacy technology at this point and that's why we're focusing more on the modern web downloader. More and more, browser vendors (especially Apple) are abandoning Flash with not even a whimper. The latest version of Safari has half-hearted support for Flash on Macs, and of course Apple's mobile devices don't support Flash at all.
Moving to the web downloader is our recommendation, especially for Mac users.
