I received two of GC Laser truck bed kits for Christmas and really enjoyed building them.  I thought I would share some pictures of them. 

I need suggestions.  I very gratefully received a Tyco 2-8-2 steam locomotive for Christmas.  I have searched the internet for blogs or examples of people putting together one of these, buy have failed.  I would like to build it, into a reliable model, so I'm asking for help. 

In this posting, I hope to document my conversion of a Bachmann Spectrum 2-8-0 into an Illinois Central 2-8-2.

I have several buildings that I will need to scratch build for my HO scale ICRR layout.  I have photographed some of them and have thought about how to draw them so that I might have some plans to work with when I begin to scratch build them.  That search brought me to Google sketchup. 

I'm going to complete one of my 2013 goals by starting my first blog about making my IC passenger train.
