Now it's time to install the bridge.

Here is my Exactrail 50' girder bridge weathered lightly with AIM Products powders finally glued in place.  I also added more weathering to the abutments.

It is amazing the effect sunlight has.

Adding the second layer of soil.  This time I'm using two additional soil types as well as the original base.  

All the soil comes from Arizona Rock & Mineral Co.  I started with their "Low Desert Soil" then changed to "High Desert Silty Earth" where I wanted a reddish tinge to the soil, and used "High Desert Sand & Gravel" where I wanted a paler soil colour.

This is a reminder of where I am heading towards.

Now that the plaster castings are in place I could start painting, the fun part.  

This is my first module.  The first tentative steps beyond just collecting.  

This module is a mainline through a tunnel over a small bridge beside a stream in the mountains. Inspired by Pelle Soeborg.  Hopefully it will look like a piece of the Canadian Rockies.
