Hello,

Model railroading without a computer is almost impossible.

So I am looking for programs that can change CV's in a decoder, making switch lists, timetables, etc...

It is called JMRI. Free and supported by a wide user community, with developers who listen and make changes.

The best known part is Decoder Pro, but it also does operations and layout control
