What to see in Portland Oregon
Hi all,
Well I am headed to Portland for work and was wondering what there is to see there. I'll be up there for 4 weeks on 3 different occasions over the next 5 months.I'll have access to a car and am staying near the Lloyd center. I've seen the article last month of the N scale layout in the Hobby Smith store and plan on stopping by to see it.

Nano Oil product advertised in MRH?
Has anybody here on the MRH site tried the Nano Oil product? I am curious to know your results. Thanks!

New Keep- Alive module from TCS for dirty track and such...
I found this on the MR forum website. It is for a keep-alive I'll call a module to add to a decoder for dirty track/ loss of signal.
El Paso Christmas trip.
Hello again from Northwest Louisiana.
For Christmas and at the demands of my mother, my wife Joy and I drove 13 hours to El Paso, Texas. We departed on the 21st to drive west on I-20 to I-10 into El Paso. We drove straight through by leaving here at 5:30am. What a change in scenery! Going from tropical green, relatively flat NW Louisiana to the desert of Texas was great! The architecture is really different in El Paso.

Sorry if this is/was covered tried a search but didn't get a reply that worked for me. I love the magazine and was wondering if there is a special article that interests me can it be downloaded and saved? If so could someone walk me thru how to do this? Thanks Pat
Where did Kevin's post go?
Kevin had posted a question on what is the best adhesive to use to attach windows to structures and I was in the process of answering him. When I clicked on "Save" to post my answer I got "the page doesn't exist". When I look at the postings Kevin's post had disappeared! Did someone mark it as spam?

Layout Vists/Open Houses _MD/VA/DE
Just wondering if their is a site or forum where a persons layouts show if they are available for visits, or at a minimum have contact info to find out when would be a good time to come visit the layout if possible. I am talking a informal visit, just to talk and see what others have done. Not a formal operating session.
Paints
I was just wondering if anyone would be willing to share there thoughts on model paint? I got a new airbrush and compressor for Christmas and I'm looking to get more information on the best way to use it. It's gonna be used primarily for weathering my rolling stock. I'm looking to get info on the best paints to use, mixing ratios, clean up, and any other tips that the your willing to share.
