Layout Update
Its been several months since the last update, Looking at my last blog post, its amazing to see how far things have progressed.
The Port Adelaide Branch - this is an industrial spur that feeds the Mile End staging yards. It has two suburban stations (a wooden step-down platform, in keeping with the industrial feel and a short concrete faced platform - both long enough to serve a 400 class Redhen railcar when required. There are multiple industries - a fuel distributor, cement plant, farm machinery plant, farmers co-op, Mill and meat works.
An overview of the Port branch (Right) and Mt Lofty and the climb to the top deck on the Left
Mt Lofty (mainline) and the ramp up to the top deck.
Adelaide Milling Co. (Built from a heavily modified Metcalfe kit)
The SA Fuel Distributor siding (built from a modified Walthers kit)
The site office at the Cement Works - a SAR Model Company polyurethane kit.

Great Looking Layout
Your layout is looking real good. Thanks for sharing with us.
SA Fuel Distributer
Good looking layout. I was wondering if you could post some more detail pictures of the SA Fuel Dist. Say shots taken from above and/or without the rolling stock. Mainly I am interested in pics. of how you might have done the piping. I am building a similar Fuel Dist. and would really like to see more about the piping layout. I am having a mental block with this build, which is very unusual for me.
Thanks
Richard
