Consider your specific application, RTFM, and have-a-go...
Dear ??? (TM)
The Pricom DreamPlayers are potent little players, but quite user friendly.
I reccomend a read thru the surprisingly "human readable" Pricom DP Pro manual
http://www.pricom.com/Downloads/Trains/Dream%20Player%20PRO%20Manual.pdf
and a few moments looking at your layout with your ears (no, that's not a typo),
specifically considering the scene and situation you want to apply the DreamPlayer PRO to.
(This is a case of "The Pro is capable of all kinds of things,
so what, of it's range of available features, do you want/need it to do?").
If you have any questions, I'm sure we can try to nut-out the answers here. However, there is a YahooGroup dedicated to LayoutSound, called, funnily enough, "LayoutSound". Members of the Pricom team are onboard there, as are some of the leading model RR sonic-modelling practitioners from around the world. If you have a specific application in mind, they will very likely be able to help you directly.
(the original DreamPlayer actually came out of the "thinktank" brainstorming of this group,
so rest assured it's probably the best "DreamPlayer User group" you could find... :-) ).
Happy Modelling,
Aim to Improve,
