Street Running

Check this video which was recorded up in Canada. Trains running on the sidewalk instead of the street. Something new to model, or should I say, I've never seen this model before.

Side of the road running
I am wondering if that was former electric Interurban (called "Radials" in Canada) trackage. It was common practice for interurban lines to run along the side of the road for some distance. I know there were a number of Interurban lines in Ontario.
The video is fairly old, as the engine still has Class Lights and they are lit.

Burford Sub
No, that's the old Burford sub. It was a steam road originally, part of the the Great Western railway, if I recall correctly. There were a lot of street car and interurban lines in Ontario, and some of that became street running common carrier lines.
