Layout update
Hello guys, Here is a little update on the progress of my layout. I first started a trend on suggestions on modeling rocks. I took your guys suggestion and ran with it. I think the out come was pretty good. I'm pleased with it. Here is a few pictures of the layout. I like to hear your guys input. Thanks

Love the Tipple
I really like that coal tipple. The weathering looks great in the photos. Its also a very neat and tidy looking railroad now that its almost done ( as opposed to mine which has tools and scraps scattered all over it).

Don you've come a long way since the first photos!
I remember not too long ago when you were working on the back drop coloring and now you have a nice looking railroad. Check out the coal yard on the convention contest winner for some help with the fine details. check out all the trash laying around under the legs and loading area for Ideas into super detailing your mine operation. They never were as clean and neat as yours. I'm sure your a ways from completing the detail work but you pike is really shaping up to be a heck of a nice Model. Keep up the good work
