Are you sure that isn't Valley Mail & Express? I see an AC on the point and what are probably mail and express cars with a coach of some sort on the rear.

For some reason SP used a coach for a caboose at times. and a malley was common on many trains on the hill( of course they actually smoked a lot most of the time though) .......DaveB
